Die Customer Solution Unit GesVersBw ist verantwortlich für die Vorhaben und Projekte der BWI für die Gesundheitsversorgung der Bundeswehr. Dabei übernehmen wir Aufgaben entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, von der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung fachlicher Forderungen mit der Nutzerorganisation bis in den Betrieb der entwickelten Solutions. Ziel ist es, die gesamte Bandbreite der medizinischen Versorgung unserer Soldatinnen und Soldaten mit moderner IT zu unterstützen. Für die Betreuung komplexer Solutions in Projekt- und Betriebsphasen suchen wir einen Solution Designer Healthcare Bundeswehr (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Einheit (z.B. im Umfeld der Bundeswehrkrankenhäuser und Regionalen Sanitätseinrichtungen).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Liefereinheiten der bestehenden IT-Services
- Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Moderation von Workshops mit Nutzervertretern sowie Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse, inklusive Dokumentation in der Architektur GesVersBw und den einschlägigen Requirement Engineering Tools
- Erstellung von Lösungsbeschreibungen und Visualisierung komplexer IT-Lösungen nach vorgegebener Methodik
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Softwareprodukte als Teil der Gesamtlösung
- Regelmäßiger Abgleich der Anforderungen mit laufenden Projekten, zu denen Projektabhängigkeiten bestehen
- Permanente Fortbildung zu Technologietrends und Themen der zivilen Gesundheitsversorgung
- Studium der (Medizin-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar, in Verbindung mit mind. 6 Jahre einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption von IT-Lösungen
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Health-Lösungen auf Basis von IT-Services
- Zertifizierungen in den Bereichen IT-Service-Management (ITIL) und Requirements-Engineering
- Gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden, idealerweise Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor (bevorzugt bei der Bundeswehr)
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Zielorientierung und einer Teamplayer-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft (ca.30 %)
