About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Architect to lead the architectural transformation of our SaaS products. As a pivotal member of our architecture team, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Enterprise Architect and report directly to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the architectural vision that aligns with our strategic objectives, focusing on transitioning on-premise products to SaaS and optimizing existing SaaS solutions.
  • Work with the architecture team and SaaS product manager to define and enhance the SaaS architectural vision and strategy.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable SaaS solutions to support business goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for SaaS transformation from both architectural and cost perspectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure management.
  • Oversee the seamless migration of on-premise products to SaaS, focusing on customer integration and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and uphold architectural standards, guidelines, and documentation to support ongoing development and operations.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of SaaS applications by monitoring and making improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our SaaS solutions innovative and competitive.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a SaaS Architect or similar role, with a deep understanding of SaaS principles and cloud computing.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, IaaS, Kubernetes, containerization, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing operations, service desk, and support for SaaS applications is advantageous.
