Regulatory Affairs Representative at Innovative Pharmaceuticals Company
- As a Regulatory Affairs representative in a matrix organization, you will be in charge of overseeing investigational and approved advanced medicinal therapy products on both a national and international scale (EU and other regions of the world).
- Your tasks will range from operational responsibilities for various investigational and approved products to providing regional regulatory strategy aligned with the global regulatory approach.
- Collaborating closely with health authorities to facilitate, communicate, and handle all regulatory interactions is a key aspect of this role.
- You will also play a role in addressing relevant aspects of product safety and quality concerning pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards.
- Furthermore, your responsibilities will include managing the development and upkeep of prescribing information and risk management plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include an M.D., Ph.D., or a related degree in pharmacy, biology, or chemistry. While an advanced degree or certificate in regulatory science is valued, it is not mandatory.
- Previous experience in EU regulatory affairs, drug development, or submission management focusing on ATMPs and biologics is required.
- Essential attributes for this role are sound business acumen, collaborative skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and influence across all levels of a dynamic organization.
- You must possess the capability to establish and nurture strong cross-functional relationships, challenge conventional perspectives, adhere to best practices, and present arguments professionally and respectfully.
- Being a self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills in English is crucial. Basic proficiency in German is beneficial but not compulsory. A readiness to travel internationally (10%) is necessary.
