Rollenbeschreibung:

Bei Hike Footwear sind wir bestrebt, exzellenten Kundenservice zu bieten und die Kundenreise für unsere geschätzten Kunden zu verbessern. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir eine erfahrene Leiterin / einen erfahrenen Leiter des Kundensupports, um unser Team zu führen und zu inspirieren.

Als Leiter des Kundensupports sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Optimierung aller Aspekte unserer Kundenservice-Abteilung. Sie spielen eine führende Rolle bei der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung, bei der Implementierung innovativer Lösungen und bei der Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Ihr Ziel ist es, eine nahtlose und zufriedenstellende Kundenreise sicherzustellen, indem Sie KI und andere technologische Mittel nutzen, um effizienten und effektiven Support zu bieten.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Führung des Kundenserviceteams und Inspiration zur Erzielung von Exzellenz.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Optimierung des Kundenservice und zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Erforschung und Implementierung innovativer Lösungen, wie KI und andere Technologien, zur Verbesserung der Effizienz des Kundenservice.
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Implementierung neuer Initiativen zur Stärkung des Kundenservice.
  • Überwachung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Sammlung von Feedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um eine nahtlose Kundenreise sicherzustellen und nach betrieblicher Exzellenz zu streben.

Qualifikationen:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition.
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Führung von Teams und Erreichung messbarer Ergebnisse.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren, um den Kundenservice zu verbessern.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten.
  • Innovatives Denken und die Fähigkeit, neue Technologien für die Verbesserung des Kundenservice einzusetzen.
  • Leidenschaft für exzellenten Kundenservice und Streben nach Kundenzufriedenheit.
