Als Mitarbeiter:in für kaufmännische Aufgaben und Auftragsthemen (w/m/d) bist Du für die reibungslose administrative Koordination im Zusammenhang mit unseren Aufträgen und Projekten verantwortlich. Von der Erstellung von Angeboten über die Anlage von Aufträgen bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung an unsere Kunden liegen alle Aktivitäten in den Händen unseres kleinen Admin-Teams.

Deine Aufgaben
- Angebotsmanagement und -koordination
- Anlage von Aufträgen, Nachträgen und Rechnungsprüfungen
- Koordination der fristgerechten Zahlung von Rechnungen
- Vertragsverwaltung sowie Gestaltung und Optimierung von Verträgen
- Beantwortung und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen (telefonisch oder per E-Mail)
- Ausarbeiten und Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen für auftragsbezogene Reports
- Erfassen relevanter Daten sowie Vereinheitlichung von Dokumenten und Vorlagen
- Aufgabenbezogene Abstimmungen mit anderen Teams und externen Partnern

Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung / im Rechnungswesen
- Interesse an unserer Produkt
- und Dienstleistungslandschaft
- Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Motivation, interne und externe Prozesse stetig zu verbessern
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Word und Excel sowie idealerweise mit Navision
