These tasks are waiting for youYou will be responsible for everything related to increasing the profitability of our company with the focus on spendings for claimsYou will develop and build automations, e.g. with tools like Zapier, for the entire companyYou will help to create and implement a strategy for Customer Care and Claims handling e.g. implementing service levels, automation targets, communication channels, toolsYou will analyze, prepare, present, monitor & evaluate various data for and with Customer Care and ClaimsYou will support the team with process improvements as well as creating & regularly adjusting reasonable KPI'sYou will design a strategy to handle customers with different profitability profilesYou will establish preventive measures and detection of pre-contractual breaches of duty of disclosure as well as building fraud prevention & detection and processing capabilitiesYou will help to create and prioritize strategically relevant short and mid term objectivesThis is what you bring to the tableYou gained some experiences and knowledge as a junior consultant to insurance companies or StartUps or as a junior business analyst or junior product owner from an operational perspectiveAlternatively you bring experience and knowledge from FinTechs or from working with Digital Product Teams. You gained experiences and knowledge in using Low Code / No Code toolsYou are structured, good at prioritising and have solid planning and project management skills to be able to work towards long-term goals while managing immediate priorities and projectsWhat we offer
