Das Akquirieren von neuen Maklerpools, Vertriebs-Organisationen und Vermittlern aus der Versicherungsbranche, sowie der Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen liegen in deiner Verantwortung. Das beinhaltet die komplette Wertschöpfungskette vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss und danach. Darüber hinaus scoutest du den Markt und identifizierst dadurch neue Vertriebschancen. Intern treibst du deine Themen eigenverantwortlich voran und arbeitest eng mit den Teams zusammen aus den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Customer Success und Product. Unsere Kunden stehen im Mittelpunkt deines Handelns und deiner Entscheidungen. Der enge Austausch mit deinen Kunden gilt für dich als wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor für den Ausbau des Wachstums deiner Accounts.
- Vertriebsexperten mit erfolgreicher Vertriebserfahrung im Vertrieb von SaaS Software Produkten
- Kenntnisse der Lebensversicherungs
- und/oder Krankenversicherungsbranche und Kontakte in die Versicherungs-Makler Branche
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
- Konstante Erfolgsbilanz bei der Navigation innerhalb großer und mittelgroßer Vertriebs-Organisationen und Maklerpools
- Fähigkeit schnell und effektiv Beziehungen auf höchster Ebene aufzubauen (C-Level)
- Erfahrung im Social Sellig auf Linkedin und/oder Xing
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit und exzellente Präsentationsfähigkeiten beim Kunden
