What you'll do:

Analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and operationally) to grow the market rapidly with a focus on top line growth as well as bottom line profitability Identify, build value case, analyses, and reports regarding growth initiatives that contribute to significant sales. Generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key sales channels, and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency in Germany. Be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks will range from user experience optimization to uncovering new sales channels to identifying new product strategy. Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization. Think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth. Take ownership of new growth projects within the German Market. Lead a big team of business development and marketing manager.

Who we are looking for:

You have 5+ years in the field(s) of business development, strategy consulting, or performance marketing preferrably in the E-commerce space and you are ideally already managing managers successfully. You must be fully fluent in both German and English. Track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Previous experience in launching and scaling a startup would be an advantage, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing challenges in a proactive and creative manner
