  • Patient Experience Advocate: You deeply understand patient needs and challenges, translating this knowledge into engagement strategies, messaging, and personalized features that foster trust and long-term app usage.

  • Content Strategist: You design targeted email campaigns and curate an in-app content strategy that resonates, providing education, empowerment, and the knowledge patients need to manage chronic autoimmune diseases with our companion apps.

  • Data-Driven Retention Strategist: You analyze user behavior and metrics to design targeted campaigns that boost engagement, prevent churn, and encourage consistent app usage for improved health outcomes.

  • Onboarding & Retention Optimisation: You collaborate with product teams to create a seamless onboarding experience for new patients and optimise ongoing features and communications to maximise early and long-term retention.

  • Sales & Success Collaboration: You provide sales and customer success teams with sales & marketing material, insights on patient needs, app benefits & unique value drivers. Equip them with tools to effectively communicate the value of long-term app use to potential and existing customers.
What you bring to the table
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, CRM management, or a closely related field.

  • You have proven success analysing user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics to shape effective app strategies.

  • You have a knack for crafting compelling email campaigns and in-app content that educates and empowers users.

  • You have experience launching new apps or features (ideally in the healthcare or wellness space).

  • You speak German and English fluently.
