Here you will support the team and, in addition to administrative tasks, will be responsible in particular for assisting in various organizational matters.
In your new role you will:
Plan, prepare and organize internal and external events (meetings, events, workshops, trainings); this includes booking hotel rooms and seminars (including catering) using IFX and other specific tools
Operate purchasing activities including ordering using SAP and internal purchasing channels
- Be responsible for
answering all internal and external inquiries or referring them to correct staff or contact person
Assist your manager or staff with creating documents (reports or presentations) using MS Office

Support internal team communication by gathering, updating and forwarding information

Support with the reporting process of Procurement KPIs
You maintain an overview and recognize exactly where support is needed.

Work experience as a team or management assistant or hold experience in a similar role

- Fun and enjoy working with a large international team and being in contact with suppliers
Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur would be an advantage)
