Responsibility for an outstanding customer experience together with the sales team and active collaboration to continuously increase customer satisfaction Independent involvement in international sales projects to generate sales Support in various customer journey projects (process optimization and data quality in the CRM system) Active interface between customer, sales and the billing department Independent coordination of customer onboarding in pre- and after-sales Support in day-to-day operationsAdditional information:
Location: Stuttgart-Vaihingen Start: from July 4 (summer/winter semester 4) Duration: 6 months ( hours/week) QualifikationenIdeally, you should have:
Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable course of study Good understanding of business contexts and current trends in digitalization Strong customer and service orientation and consulting skills Initiative, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team High degree of creativity, pioneering spirit and implementation strength as well as solution orientation (can-do mindset) Very high level of commitment and flexibility Very good written and spoken German and English skillsWe offer more than just employment.
