Are you ready to help shape the future powertrains of Mercedes-Benz?
In Product Management Powertrain, we have the privilege of shaping the heart of every car.
From the initial idea to the market launch and beyond, we create the requirements for the powertrain of the future based on data and in an international exchange.
The powertrain includes the motors, transmissions, battery and high-voltage systems for HEV and PHEV vehicles.
During the internship, you can expect unique insights into the strategic planning and product development of our vehicles and drives.
You will develop content, evaluate functions and determine price and volume capabilities, taking into account laws/regulations, markets, competition and customer benefits.
You will gain insights into the sales network and the interaction of the central functions with the regions and markets. You will also experience cross-functional working methods in our department, which will open up a wide range of other perspectives in vehicle and powertrain development.

Your tasks:
Independent implementation of specific market and competitive analyses. Sales-side evaluation of powertrain technologies in terms of competitiveness, price and volume. Creating strategic decision bases for top management. Preparing the content of international sales workshops. Moderation of weekly department meetings. Support with the annual portfolio optimization. Analyzing sales figures and deriving areas for action. Qualifikationen Degree in industrial engineering, economics, business administration and engineering with a specialization in marketing / automotive economics / automotive engineering desirable or a comparable course of study Confident written and spoken German and English skills Confident handling of MS Office Team orientation, independent working style, quick comprehension and customer orientation Basic technical understanding Driving license class B is an advantage Experience in creating presentations including visualization of complex contexts and data desirable Passion for the automobileAdditional information:
