Als Internal Controller (m/w/x) der AXA Partners in der Region Nord-Europa bildest Du die zweite Verteidigungslinie und bekleidest somit eine absolute Schlüsselposition innerhalb des Risikomanagements der AXA Gruppe. Du bist für die Überwachung eines effektiven Risiko
- und Kontrollrahmens mit festgelegtem Governance-Niveau in Deutschland und Benelux verantwortlich. Das beinhaltet auch, dass Du neben regelmäßigen, unabhängigen Überprüfungen auch die operative Effektivität des Kontrollumfelds verifizierst. Zudem ist deine Einschätzung sehr wichtig in der Qualifizierung und Quantifizierung der Hauptrisiken für unser Unternehmen: Welche Auswirkungen haben diese auf unsere Unternehmensstrategie und welche Aktionspläne leiten sich hieraus ab?

Aufgaben

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:
Du bildest die zweite Verteidigungslinie innerhalb der internen Kontrollpolitik der AXA-Gruppe. Das bedeutet, dass Du
- eigenständig die Überprüfung und Validierung der Risikobewertung und Überwachung des Hauptrisikoprofils für deine Region vornimmst
- Informationen über den Stand der internen Kontrollen identifizierst, kontrollierst und an die verantwortlichen Stellen kommunizierst, sodass eventuelle Businessrisiken minimiert werden können
- dich um die Durchführung von Kontrollaktivitäten der 2. Verteidigungslinie (Design
- und Betriebswirksamkeitstests) und Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Datenqualität kümmerst
- die erste Verteidigungslinie bei der Umsetzung der festgelegten Kontrollen unterstützt, ihnen also mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehst in der Lösung und Minimierung von Risiken
- eine angemessene Berichterstattung über Kontrollmängel bereitstellst, um notwendige Eskalationen und die Umsetzung eines geeigneten Aktionsplans zu gewährleisten
- Ursachen von Vorfällen analysierst und daraus resultierende offene Aktionspläne mit Vorbereitung des Abschlusses weiterverfolgst
- als Kontaktperson für die interne und externe Revision agierst

Diese Rolle ist ideal für dich, wenn Du dich als Partner verschiedener Abteilungen in Hinblick auf Internal Control und Risikominimierung siehst. Mit diesem Verständnis verbreitest Du eine Risikokultur innerhalb der AXA und verbesserst das Verständnis aller Mitarbeitenden und deren Sensibilisierung auf mögliche Risiken. Du kannst dir also vorstellen, dass die tagtägliche Zusammenarbeit bei uns sehr vielfältig sein wird: Sowohl mit lokalen, regionalen und Länderübergreifenden Schnittstellen aller Funktionen und Abteilungen.

Qualifikation

**Wir werden neugierig, wenn Du folgendes Profil mitbringst**:

- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Internal Control/ Audit und damit ein sehr gutes Verständnis auf dem Gebiet und seinen Praktiken
- wenn Du diese Erfahrung bei einem der Big 4 bzw. in der Beratungsbranche gemacht hast, ist dies ein Plus
- Du fühlst dich sowohl im englischen als auch deutschen Sprachgebrauch (mündlich & schriftlich) wohl und bist sehr sicher und überzeugend in der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern unterschiedlicher Positionen und Rollen.
- Auf der Arbeit wendest Du gerne deine analytischen, lösungsorientierten und hinterfragenden Fähigkeiten an, um ans Ziel zu gelangen. Darüber hinaus kannst Du dich sehr gut selbst organisieren und eigenständig arbeiten. Dein Gegenüber kann auf dich zählen und die Qualität deiner Arbeit ist dir ein besonderes Anliegen.
