YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Aspects:

Management Reporting and Presentations Budgeting, Strategy Planning and operational Performance Monitoring Stakeholder Management

Your Tasks:

Generate timely, accurate, andinsightful management reports for senior leadership Preparation and coordination of company-wide budget planning Monitoring financial KPIs and variances, identifying areas of concern or opportunities of improvement Create and maintain financial models to supportfinancial planning and operational business decisions Analysis-driven support for strategic projects in Controlling and beyond Reflecting on existing processes and drive continuous improvement measures Generate timely, accurate, andinsightful management reports for senior leadership
Monitor financial KPIs andvariances, identifying areas of concern or opportunities for improvement
Create and maintain financialmodels to support financial planning and operational business decisions,including investment analysis and profitability assessments
Support quarterlyclosing/auditing process with special focus on business planning and impairmenttesting
Drive and continuously improveannual budgeting process

CostControl and Optimization:
Monitor and control operationalcosts of corporate center and business service functions, recommending andimplementing cost-saving initiatives
Support functional managementteams in achieving their objectives and the successful implementation of keyprojects

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics (focus Controlling) or a similar levelof education Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in global Controlling / FP&A function of a multinational company Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude IT savvy with excellent skills in MS Excel/Powerpoint  Preferably experience with Oracle HyperionFinancial Management and SAP Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (verbally and in writing) Generate timely, accurate, andinsightful management reports for senior leadership

Create and maintain financialmodels to support financial planning and operational business decisions,including investment analysis and profitability assessments
