Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Konzeptionierung von elektrischen Antriebssystemen im Rüstungsbereich für Neu- und Bestandskunden (Waffenrichtanlagen, Munitionsfluss, etc.)
  • Akquise von Neugeschäft inkl. Herstellung von Erstkontakt, Angebotserstellung und Vertragsverhandlung mit dem Bereich Legal
  • Stärkung von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu militärischen Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management-Team im Bereich Defence zur Entwicklung einer zentralen Strategie auf globaler und regionaler Ebene mit messbaren Kennzahlen
  • Koordinierung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams
  • Vorbereitung und Koordinierung der Budgeterstellung für Umsatz und Ergebnis
  • Planung und Teilnahme an relevanten Rüstungsmessen und Verbandstreffen
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Regelungstechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder Maschinenbau (mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in elektr. Antriebstechnik)
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit internationalen und multifunktionalen Teams
  • Kommunikative und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
