Brand Innovation Labs - Art Director Position

Brand Innovation Labs is in search of a skilled Art Director proficient in German to join their team. You will have the chance to craft unique campaigns for various global brands, working alongside a diverse team of creatives.

As the Art Director, your main task will involve developing innovative campaigns that engage customers across different media platforms. With technology constantly evolving, there's always room to create groundbreaking work for clients.

The ideal candidate should have a portfolio showcasing creative and insightful campaigns that tackle advertiser challenges through various channels such as video, social, digital, radio, and more.

Furthermore, you will need to present your work effectively to clients, making client-facing skills a vital part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute ad campaigns for global brands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Work closely with Creative Directors to produce high-quality designs
  • Utilize design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Present ideas to stakeholders and clients in English and German
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
A Day in the Life:
  • Brainstorming with IMDb on creating content for a film series
  • Developing interactive experiences using Prime Video content
  • Engaging with Legal and PR teams on campaign messaging
  • Presenting campaigns to brand clients and media agencies
  • Collaborating on innovative strategies to drive customer engagement

About the Team:

Brand Innovation Labs is Amazon's internal group responsible for crafting unique campaigns for global advertisers like Pepsi, Microsoft, and Samsung. The team focuses on leveraging various Amazon platforms to reach millions of customers worldwide. The Endemic pod works closely with brands selling directly on Amazon, spanning categories from electronics to household products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in art direction or design
  • Online portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and campaign development
  • Proficiency in digital and social platforms for marketing

  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
  • Ability to tell compelling brand stories across diverse channels
  • Comfortable with client presentations and feedback
