Venture into the realm of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), a premium B2B service crafted to assist strategic brands in collaborating with Amazon to expand their enterprises.

As a Brand Specialist, you will immerse yourself in all aspects of e-commerce at a Pan-EU scale, taking charge of building relationships with brands and devising both short- and long-term strategies focused on fostering brand growth and enhancing Customer Satisfaction.

Your role will involve acting as a consultant to drive product selection and promotional activities, consistently monitoring success metrics, and ensuring that brands using AVS receive a customer-focused experience.

Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to introduce new concepts and procedures within Amazon EU, including Product Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Marketing, paving the path for your professional development and future career.

This job will center on four major business areas:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Services:

Utilize deep data analytics expertise to pinpoint opportunities within the EU industry, offering suggestions to enhance overall business performance by leveraging Amazon programs to drive sustained benefits.

  • Availability & Operational Excellence:

Initiate operational excellence projects in the EU supply chain, reducing costs, defects, lead times, and optimizing stock management at our fulfillment centers.

  • Promotion & Funding:

Provide guidance on marketing and advertising campaigns, promoting new products, boosting traffic, and enhancing conversion rates. Organize and oversee promotional initiatives for Amazon events such as Prime Day, assisting brands in driving sales. Moreover, collaborate on brand weeks with vendors and partner closely with Amazon Advertising to explore additional marketing opportunities.

  • Selection & IQD:

Support product selection growth by overseeing new product launches and enhancing discoverability. Recognize product gaps, onboard new products, drive their ramp-up, and enhance the customer experience on Amazon, optimizing detail pages and conducting competitor benchmarking and store walk-throughs.

Amazon Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 months of post-graduation professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Finance, Account Management, or Marketing
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficient in both written and verbal German (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in another European language (preferably English, French, Italian, or Spanish)
  • Basic understanding of SQL or website content management systems
  • Effective internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
