Zur Unterstützung unseres Kunden in Wuppertal suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung ab sofort einen Global Payroll Specialist (m/w/d).
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Betreuung und Optimierung der nationalen und internationalen Payroll in einem festgelegten Bereich
- Steuerung unserer externen Payroll-Dienstleister
- Ansprechpartner/-in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen der nationalen und internationalen Payroll
- Abwicklung von abrechnungsrelevanten Prozessen im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Eigenständige Erarbeitung neuer Themenfelder und Aufbereitung dieses Wissens für Dich und unser Team
- Klärung von buchhalterischen Vorgängen sowie die aktive HR-seitige Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen runden Dein Tätigkeitsfeld ab
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Relevante und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Personalsachbearbeitung, Gehaltsabrechnung oder Lohnbuchhaltung (national und international)
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Bereich der Buchhaltung (Kontenklärung, etc.) sind notwendig
- Kenntnisse der Gesetze und Vorschriften für die Payroll (z.B. deutsches Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht)
- Analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit - fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich - gepaart mit einer selbstständigen, organisierten und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise
