RIEDEL Communications is a leading provider of live production tools in the fields of media, sports, and entertainment. To comprehensively meet our customers' needs, we are divided into three business areas: Product Division, Managed Technology & Riedel Networks.
Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT, and communication solutions for international live events, providing comprehensive service from project planning to on-site realization. This includes not only festivals and sports events but also ensuring an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
Join us as a Broadcast Solutions Specialist (m/w/d) and experience the excitement of RIEDEL Communications in action.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main point of contact for all internal or customer-related product inquiries in the field of video production.
- Conceptualization and preparation of video systems for international multimedia events in collaboration with the sales team and customers.
- Planning and preparation of replay systems.
- Creation, coordination, and execution of on-site service, demos, and training sessions.
- Interface with developers, product owners, and product managers to ensure continuous communication.
- Creation of standards and solutions for our Managed Technology division in cooperation with the expert team.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years of operational technical experience in a relevant market area, ideally in video production or outside broadcasting.
- In-depth technical experience with standard broadcast systems.
- Knowledge of (RF-based) camera systems, recording, and playback systems.
- Service-oriented towards customers and external partners.
- Must have: very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
