About the Role
Vorwerk SE & Co. KG is a family-owned company with a rich history and a strong commitment to innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Wuppertal, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Development Manager in implementing the learning strategy and organizing various learning solutions.
- Contribute to shaping the global learning strategy and improving global learning processes.
- Implement key Learning & Development initiatives and core projects.
- Collaborate with the team to organize global meetings with our People & Culture partners.
Digital Learning
- Enhance employee satisfaction and engagement with the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee and maintain global training content in our LMS and support departments in creating and delivering global eLearning solutions.
- Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of the Learning Management System and provide guidance and advice to stakeholders.
Reporting on ROI
- Produce reports on e-learning KPIs to measure effectiveness and collect data to measure ROI of learning initiatives.
- Ensure global communication of training plans and events to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and relevant professional experience in the field of Learning and Development.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and content creation tools.
- Relevant professional experience in the area of personal learning topics in an international group.
- Strong understanding of individual psychology and motivation.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
