Um die Aareal Bank Gruppe bei der Digitalisierung und Transformation hin zu einer datenorientierten IT-Architektur zu begleiten, suchen wir Sie als Director Enterprise Architecture (m/w/d) am Standort Wiesbaden.
Aufgaben
- Sie analysieren bestehende Prozesse und definieren daraus unternehemensweit gültige Architekturprinzipien und -standards
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem CTO sowie dem Vorstand legen Sie die erforderlichen Projekte und Maßnahmen zur mittel
- und langfristigen Zielerreichung fest
- Sie übersetzen strategische Anforderungen in konkrete Maßnahmen, die die Anwendungs
- und Technologielandschaft wirtschaftlicher und effizienter machen
- Sie stellen sicher, dass das Enterprise-Datenmanagement sowohl in den Fachbereichen als auch der IT-Organisation fest verankert wird und schaffen die optimale Basis für eine datengetriebene Unternehmensführung
- Beim Umsetzen der Roadmap arbeiten Sie vertrauensvoll mit dem IT-Architektur
- und Sourcing-Team zusammen
- Nicht zuletzt finden Sie bereichsübergreifende Synergien, geben Impulse für Innovationen und suchen nach kreativen Lösungen, um neue Technologien und Produkte einzubinden
Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Erweiterung und im Umbau der Softwarelandschaft von Konzernen und/oder in der IT-Strategie-Beratung in einer komplexen heterogenen Umgebung
- Versiert im Enterprise Architecture Management sowie den zugehörigen (agilen) Methoden und Frameworks
- Erfahrung im Initiieren von Change-Projekten im IT-Bereich sowie in der Projektdurchführung mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Bewandert im Umgang mit Stakeholdern aus dem Top-Management
- Bestens vertraut mit dem aktuellen Stand der Technik im Themenfeld IT und Digitalisierung
