What you will be doing:
- Ensure that Cobot is part of the conversation on social media, blogs, newsletters, and industry events.
- Improve our outreach to potential customers
- Manage our online ad campaigns.
- Monitor marketing and sales success and share with the team.
- Coordinate work with working students and freelancers.

What you need to bring:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at first language level with high sensitivity to voice and tone
- Solid work experience in a marketing or sales position
- Ability to create reach through SEO and SEM
- A performance oriented mindset when it comes to lead acquisition
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Worked in a B2B or SaaS business
- Prior experience in performance marketing
- German at C1 or better
