What you will be doing:

  • Ensure that Cobot is part of the conversation on social media, blogs, newsletters, and industry events.
  • Improve our outreach to potential customers
  • Manage our online ad campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing and sales success and share with the team.
  • Coordinate work with working students and freelancers.
This job can be done mostly remote, but requires the ability to occasionally work alongside our team in Berlin. Typically, you'll have the option to work from anywhere within the DACH region. We provide a workspace at our coworking office in Berlin for anyone on the team who is interested.

A part of your job will include visiting customers and attending coworking industry events.

What you need to bring:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at first language level with high sensitivity to voice and tone
  • Solid work experience in a marketing or sales position
  • Ability to create reach through SEO and SEM
  • A performance oriented mindset when it comes to lead acquisition

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Worked in a B2B or SaaS business
  • Prior experience in performance marketing
  • German at C1 or better
  • Familiarity with the coworking sector and interest in the future of work
