**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des fünfköpfigen HR-Teams am Standort
- Sparringspartner für/mit dem Standortleiter
- Erarbeitung von strategischen Personalinitiativen für den Standort und darüber hinaus
- Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Management um Mitarbeiter zu fördern, zu motivieren und ihnen zur Entfaltung ihres vollen Potenzials zu verhelfen
- Teilnahme an deutschland
- sowie europaweiten Projekten um uns kontinuierlich Weiterzuentwickeln und das Servicelevel weiter auszubauen
- Berichten von personalrelevanten Kennzahlen für deine Niederlassung
- Förderung von Initiativen um Diversität und Inklusion weiter voranzutreiben
