Job Summary

We are currently searching for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Bremen, Germany.

This role will be the point of contact for managers and employees regarding all HR matters, providing valuable advice on a variety of HR issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with on-site HR teams and HR colleagues from other GXO locations
  • Serve as the primary contact for our work council and be actively involved in collective bargaining
  • Provide advice on HR issues, including onboarding, employee life cycle, and offboarding
  • Involved in recruitment and selection of new employees, supervision of improvement processes in case of dysfunction, and training of employees
  • Assist managers in conducting discussions on absenteeism, performance management, and training and development
Requirements
  • Profound knowledge in German works constitution law
  • Proven track record in partnering with unions and works councils
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Down-to-earth personality and a strong hands-on mentality
