Duties:

Assists clientele in the completion or required forms and registrations cards. Answers questions pertaining to rules and regulations governing the assignment and use of quarters; issue room keys. May help in maintaining breakfast area.
Makes reservations for incoming guests based on room availability. Interviews incoming guests to determine room assignment.
Provides statement of nonavailability when applicable. Posts registration information on the registration card. Orients guests concerning use of facilities and equipment, and other facilities available on post.
Answers billing questions and concerns. Assists or arranges transportation. Computes charges for guests checking out, receives payments and room keys; renders receipt. At end of shift, accounts for and secures cash.

Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Citizenship eligible under country SOFA agreement.
In consideration of COVID19, personnel within this area may routinely wear personal protective equipment (cloth face covering, latex gloves, and face shields) while performing their regular duties.
Employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all preemployment checks in accordance with AR 2153, para 2 include Tier 1 background investigation.
Will be required to work weekends, nights and Holidays.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Possess demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities that indicate the capability to work independently, and perform the duties summarized above with mínimal to no supervision.

Must possess good customer service skills, a positive attitude, and desire to help others in order to exercise tact and diplomacy when interacting with people, as demonstrated in work experience in the hospitality industry.

Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing using the English Language in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.

Must have mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to prepare reports, count accurately, and provide accurate change.

Ability to use office automated equipment in the performance of the required duties. Must be comfortable with and have experience using common office software with capabilities similar to Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
