**Disponent Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d)**
Standort: Nürtingen bei Stuttgart und remote
Du trägst maßgeblich zur Zufriedenheit unserer internen und externen Kunden bei, indem du gemeinsam mit deinen direkten Kolleginnen und Kollegen an der Verwaltung und Koordination unserer Geräte arbeitest.
**Das sind Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben**
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Geräteverwaltungsprozess (einschließlich Konfiguration, Auftragserfassung, Lieferverfolgung, Rechnungsstellung etc.)
- In unserem Service-Verwaltungsprozess bist Du unser Koordinator und betreust die Registrierung von Serviceverträgen sowie die dazugehörigen Wartungspläne
- Mit unserem Shared Service Center arbeitest Du bei der täglichen Routine und auf der Suche nach kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen eng zusammen
- In unserem CRM System und in Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Service und den Kunden kümmerst Du Dich um die Verwaltung unserer installierten Basis
- Du koordinierst die Auslieferung von Geräten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Service
- Besonders wichtig wird Deine Kundenorientierung bei der Bearbeitung von nicht-technischen Beschwerden, der Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und deren Implementierung sowie bei der Überwachung von offenen Aufträgen hinsichtlich Liefertermin und Rechnungslegung.
**Das bringst Du mit**
- Du hast ein Bachelorstudium im Bereich Supply Chain, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung in diesem Bereich oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss und überzeugst uns mit Deiner Dienstleistungsmentalität
- Unbedingt erforderlich sind gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Nice-to-have, aber keine Voraussetzung sind erste Erfahrung mit Salesforce
- Außerdem freuen uns über Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Verwaltung und über SAP-Kenntnisse
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und bist ein ausgeprägter Team-Player in der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Service und den Kunden
- Wir erwarten sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für den Kundenkontakt sowie ausreichende Englischkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation
