About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolution to their queries and concerns.
- Offer a seamless omnichannel customer experience, ensuring that customers receive consistent and high-quality service across all touchpoints.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales, financing, and customer transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice on service offerings and promotions.
- Coordinate tasks and activities with team members, promoting a culture of efficiency and teamwork.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the areas of sales, customer service, and cash handling.
Requirements
- Completed service-oriented vocational training (preferably in the hotel and retail industry, event industry).
- Experience in retail and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge and interest in consumer electronics products and trends.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Excellent communication and implementation skills.
- High coordination and organizational skills.
- Team player with a passion for achieving common goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
