Here is an exciting opportunity for a hotel revenue professional to take on a regional role with the fast growing Aspire Hotel GmBH in Germany.

Aspire Hotel GmbH, a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts partner, specializes in the development, operation, and management of high-quality hotels in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

With an ambitious growth strategy, the company plan to open 20 hotels by 2027, led by a management team with over 25 years of industry experience operating more than 100 hotels.


The Cluster Revenue Manager, reporting into the Head of Revenue, is responsible for the development and implementation of revenue management strategies for all Aspire Hotels across Germany.

He/she will manage the rooms and function space inventor, build rates, and packages to optimize commercial opportunities and reaching the hotels business targets.

Analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and guest data to ensure optimal pricing.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and hotel management to achieve revenue targets.
Training and support of the hotel team in the field of revenue management.

Achieves market & revenue share by developing strategies to ensure the hotels are on top of their comp set.

Fluent in German and English.
Previous experience working with the IDeaS and other revenue management tools and systems.
Proficiency of Microsoft office.
