  • The Eastern Europe Operations Intern will work with our Eastern Europe field, logistics and leadership teams on process improvements and mastering operational delivery challenges. We are looking for a team player passionate about the Tesla mission, a natural desire to learn and a solutiondriven mindset.
What You'll Do

  • Implement new Homologation and Registration processes for Hungary and Romania, analyze market circumstances and identify gaps to meet our standards
  • Help prepare and visualize daily performance calls and dashboards
  • Review and analyze costs with the Operations Manager, to continuously improve cost management
  • Support and accompany new projects in the Region such new delivery locations based on units forecast
  • Review location's goals and KPIs including but not limited to minimizing vehicle dwell, ensuring all predelivery activities are completed by our customers and internal teams, maximizing yield on supply, and delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Learn to utilize existing tools, data and build knowledge on delivery topics
  • Work with our internal logistics POCs as well as our Business Planning Team to understand volume flow, Volume distribution and barriers
  • Learn to ensure accurate data tracking, monitoring and reporting
  • Learn to establish assumptions and derive scenarios to support decision making
  • Learn to interpret business challenges, create process mappings, analyze potential improvements, and recommend best practices
  • Learn to facilitate collaboration of project contributors across the Sales & Delivery organization and key stakeholders across the business, including managing the schedule and project scope
  • Collaborate with our field team and support them with performance tracking
  • Support our field team with resolving barriers, setting Benchmarks and sharing best practices
  • Understand and drive cost efficiency improvement initiatives connected to delivery and logistics
  • Provide reporting on data relevant to enable strategic decision making for current and future business requirements to our leadership team
  • Lead initiatives to improve our delivery customer experience and increase customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring

  • You are preferably studying a degree such as Business Development, Analytics, Management, or similar
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, in both English and German
  • Able to deal with sensitive information
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately
  • Able to communicate and interact with different departments and levels of management to gain input and consensus
  • Must have affinity for numbers, data, and processes
  • Must have analytical skills and a problemsolving oriented mindset enabling you to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges
  • Technologically savvy and curious to operate within our internal systems
  • Eager to bring in own ideas, initiative and contribute to our mission
  • Strong team player looking to join a great team with a handson work ethic
  • Available for minimum 5 months
