Head of Marketing Communications (m/w/d) HK AUDIO

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie führen und entwickeln ein Team von Marketingspezialisten und präsentieren die Marketingaktivitäten des Teams bei internen Meetings und internationalen Events
  • In Abstimmung mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Vertriebspartnern, konzeptionieren und koordinieren Sie die Marketingkampagnen der Marke HK AUDIO und stellen die Einhaltung der Markenführung (inkl. CD/CI-Richtlinien) international sicher
  • Die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Marketingaktivitäten messen Sie fortlaufend über datenbasierte Kenngrößen und berichten ihre Ergebnisse regelmäßig an den Leiter Vertrieb- und Marketing.
  • Sie verantworten und kontrollieren das Marketingbudget, die internationale Mediaplanung (Fokus auf D, US, Asien) und den Werbekostenzuschuss für Distributionspartner
  • Durch regelmäßiges Analysieren und Bewerten der eingesetzten Marketingtools und Social-Media-Aktivitäten reagieren Sie zeitnah und wirksam auf Veränderungen im Markt
  • Sie steuern und verantworten die PR und Networking-Aktivitäten der Marke HK AUDIO:
    • Erstellung, Verteilung und Nachbetreuung von Pressemitteilungen
    • Beziehungspflege mit Journalisten, Anzeigenverkäufern und Testern
    • Koordination der Testberichte
  • Zusammen mit Ihrem Team organisieren Sie Messen und Events der Marke HK AUDIO

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft eines Marketingteams.
  • Sie sehen sich selbst als zahlenorientierter "Macher", der den Erfolg seiner Arbeit gerne an konkreten Messgrößen festmacht.
  • Sie bringen Begeisterung und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Audiotechnik mit und verfügen idealerweise über Branchenerfahrung in der Pro Audio Industrie.
  • Sie arbeiten mit Ihrem Team gerne interdisziplinär, weshalb eine enge Verzahnung von Vertrieb und Marketing für Sie selbstverständlich ist.
  • Sie besitzen Kommunikationsstärke sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache und verstehen es, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und überzeugend zu präsentieren.
  • Messen und Events im In- und Ausland finden Sie spannend und bringen daher Reisebereitschaft mit.
