Zum weiteren Aufbau unserer Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Controller (w/m/d). In dieser Funktion tragen Sie zur Sicherstellung der Rentabilität im Neu
- und Bestandskundenportfolio unserer Telekommunikations-Produkte bei. Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt hierbei auf der monatlichen Bewertung von Kampagnen, der Budgetplanung sowie der Forecasterstellung. Folgende weitere interessante Aufgaben leiten sich hieraus ab:
- Sie bewerten eigenverantwortlich die Produktportfolios, führen Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen durch und erstellen Soll-/Ist-Analysen
- Sie erstellen und analysieren das monatliche Reporting in Form von Deckungsbeitragsrechnung und rechnen dabei die Entwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs hoch
- Sie zeigen Chancen und Risiken auf und leiten davon ausgehend Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab
- Sie sind sowohl an der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen beteiligt als auch an der Überwachung der relevanten KPIs für Neu
- und Bestandskunden
- Abschließend optimieren sie unsere Controllinginstrumente und helfen dabei diese weiter zu entwickeln
- Sie führen Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Business Case Berechnungen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management durch
Das wünschen wir uns
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung und konnten bereits erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Controlling sammeln. Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über folgende Qualifikationen:
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie starke Dienstleistungs
- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, kollegiale Arbeitsweise und hohe soziale Kompetenz
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit komplexen Excel-Modellen
