Inhouse IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inhouse IT Specialist to join our team at understandAI GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our computer systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Maintain our Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Google Workspace
- Analyze and process user requests in first and second-level support via our ticket system
- Solve IT problems related to Windows clients, smartphones, printers, conference systems, and office applications
- Onboard and offboard employees, including provision of corresponding systems
- Setup and maintain employee hardware on Windows and Linux
- Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Atlassian products
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
