Labeling Production Controller

The Technical Production Lead, in-house job title "Labeling Production Controller" (LPC), will be responsible for onboarding and controlling the labeling team through the labeling project to successfully complete the project.
The LPC will maintain expertise about different labeling scenarios and handling of edge cases in the labeling projects.
Key Responsibilities- Draft the labeling guide for the labeling team from customer specifications.
- Monitor the quality and throughput of the labeling team through the onboarding process.
- Design training projects to test the understanding of the labeling team.
- Lead the labeling team through the production phase.
- Communicate and document all edge cases with the customer and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with global labeling teams.
- Skilled in solving complex problems across various tools and cultural settings.
- Experienced in using labeling tools with expertise in both labeling and quality assurance.
- A crucial role in a young and dynamic team.
