Exciting Opportunity as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at krisenchat

krisenchat is looking for a proactive and strategic thinker to join their team as the COO. As the COO, you will be pivotal in translating krisenchat's vision into actionable strategies, optimizing daily operations, and nurturing a positive company culture that has a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Strategy: Implement an internal system that aligns with krisenchat's vision for seamless operations across all departments.
  • Organisational Development: Drive continuous development within the organization through effective change communication.
  • Team Coordination and Management: Oversee departmental operations to promote collaboration and smooth communication.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance service efficiency through constant improvement of operational processes.
  • Scalability and Growth: Develop strategies to support business growth and new service offerings.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for operational efficiency and provide regular reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain alignment with stakeholders including team members, funders, and partners.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, especially in data protection and mental health services.

Collaborate with the executive team to drive:

  • Culture Building: Foster a human-centered culture focused on constant evolution and high impact.
  • Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership skills within the team.
  • Operationalizing new products: Facilitate the integration of new products and services.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to meet operational needs.

  • You have extensive experience in operational management roles, preferably in fast-growing environments.
  • You possess strong leadership skills and can foster cross-functional collaboration.

  • You excel in communication and have experience in setting up key figures in the industry.
  • You demonstrate empathetic leadership and proficiency in German and English.
