Als unser **Head of **Procurement (all genders) **hast du die einzigartige Möglichkeit unsere Einkaufsabteilung von Grund auf aufzubauen. Mit deinem Engagement und deinen Fähigkeiten sorgst du dafür, dass wir unser volles Potenzial ausschöpfen und kosteneffiziente Entscheidungen treffen. Das beinhaltet:

- Aufbau unserer Einkaufsabteilung und Implementierung effizienter Prozesse, Richtlinien und Systeme zur Optimierung und Kostenreduzierung.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Einkaufsstrategie, die mit unseren Zielen und unserem Business-Plan übereinstimmt.
- Verantwortung für den operativen Einkaufs bei all unseren Lieferanten, einschließlich Bestellabwicklung, Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit und Bedarfsanalyse.
- Weiterentwicklung unseres Inventory Managements mit Fokus auf lückenlose Wareneingangskontrollen.
- (Rahmen-) Vertragsgestaltung mit all unseren Lieferanten
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Möglichkeiten zur Kostensenkung, Prozessverbesserung und Optimierung der Lieferkette zu identifizieren.
- Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen zur Steuerung aller Einkaufsprozesse.
- Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markttrends in der Lebensmittelindustrie, um potenzielle Risiken und Chancen für die Einkaufsstrategie zu identifizieren.

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, o.ä.)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Procurement oder Category Management (idealerweise in einem Start-up-Umfeld)
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von Einkaufsprozessen
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, analytisches Denken und unternehmerisches Handeln
- Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in allen gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Oracle Netsuite oder anderen ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
