Aufgaben
- Sie identifizieren, bewerten und implementieren Industrie 4.0-Technologien in Fertigungsprozesse, um die Produktivität zu steigern, Ausfallzeiten zu reduzieren und die Qualität zu verbessern, parallel zur Einhaltung der Unternehmensziele und -standards.
- Sie analysieren wichtige Leistungsindikatoren und nutzen Daten, um Prozesse zu optimieren, die Produktivität zu steigern und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Netzwerk-, Rechenzentrum- und Sicherheitsteam zusammen, insbesondere bei der OT-Einrichtung, um einen nahtlosen Betrieb in allen Bereichen des Unternehmens zu gewährleisten.
- Sie identifizieren potenzielle Risiken und entwickeln Strategien, um diese bei der Einführung und Umsetzung digitaler Produktionstechnologien zu mindern.
- Sie analysieren die (Geschäfts-)Prozessleistung mit Process Mining Tools wie Celonis und/oder BI-Tools.
- Sie unterstützen das Business bei der Definition von IT-Anforderungen und managen den Demand-Management-Prozess.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass digitale Produktionsprojekte die relevanten Industriestandards und Sicherheitsprotokolle einhalten, um sensible Daten zu schützen und die Compliance zu gewährleisten.
- Sie bauen strategische Beziehungen zu wichtigen Technologiepartnern, Beschaffungsanbietern usw. auf und pflegen diese.
Profil
- Sie haben einen relevanten Masterabschluss (z.B. Informatik / IT / Produktionssysteme) in Verbindung mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Informatik oder IT.
- Sie konnten umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Fertigungsindustrie sammeln und können eine Erfolgsbilanz bei der Implementierung von digitalen Lösungen oder Industrie 4.0-Initiativen vorweisen (z. B. IoT, Automatisierung, Cloud Computing, Sensortechnologien, Edge Computing usw.).
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von IoT-Lösungen für digitale Produktionsumgebungen.
- Sie haben ein Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und Betriebsabläufe in der Produktion.
- Sie reagieren flexibel auf neue Markttrends und bringen eine hohe Motivation für kontinuierliches Lernen und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien mit.
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit umfassender Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Interessengruppen auf der ganzen Welt.
