About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Production IoT Expert to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing Industry 4.0 technologies into our manufacturing processes. Your goal will be to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve quality while meeting company goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key performance indicators and use data to optimize processes, increase productivity, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the network, data center, and security team to ensure seamless operations across all areas of the business.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the introduction and implementation of digital production technologies.
  • Analyze process performance using process mining tools such as Celonis and/or BI tools.
  • Support the business in defining IT requirements and manage the demand management process.
  • Ensure digital production projects adhere to relevant industry standards and security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Relevant Master's degree (e.g. Computer Science / IT / Production Systems) combined with at least 5 years of professional experience in Computer Science or IT.
  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and a track record of implementing digital solutions or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • In-depth experience in the design and implementation of IoT solutions for digital production environments.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and operating procedures in production.
  • Flexibility to react to new market trends and a high motivation for continuous learning and open-mindedness towards new technologies.
  • Team player with extensive experience in working with stakeholders around the world.
