Das Sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Intensive Beobachtung des regionalen Marktes und des Wettbewerbs zur Identifikation von neuen Standorten im gesamten Bundesgebiet
- Zielgerichtete Akquisition von Standorten für das Parkraummanagement
- Mitwirkung bei Kalkulationen mit detaillierten Markt-, Portfolio- und Standortanalysen
- Selbstständige Betreuung der neuen Geschäftspartner im Erstkontakt
- Aufbau belastbarer Netzwerke und Kontaktpflege zu Kunden und Entscheidungsträgern im Vertriebsgebiet
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Sie sind motiviert Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick in der zugeteilten Region zu entfalten
- Sie gehen stets die Extra-Meile und zeigen dabei Druckresistenz und Empathie
