Entgeltabrechner / Payroll Specialist (w/m/d)
mit 100% Homeoffice-Option
Aufgaben
- Du führst die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Kundenkreis durch. Dabei berücksichtigst du auch alle entgeltrelevanten Folgeaktivitäten und stellst sicher, dass die Service-Level-Agreements eingehalten werden.
- Die Kontaktpflege zu Krankenkassen und Behörden sowie die Erstellung und Bearbeitung des Bescheinigungs- und Sozialversicherungswesens gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Darüber hinaus kümmerst du dich um den reibungslosen Prozess bei den Lohnsteueranmeldungen (DEÜV, ELStAM, EEL).
- Durch dein Engagement optimierst du Arbeitsprozesse und trägst somit zu einer effizienteren und einfacheren Arbeitsweise bei.
- Du behältst gesetzliche und betriebliche Neuerungen im Blick und implementierst die dafür erforderlichen Anpassungen.
Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder steuerfachliche Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du verfügst über erste bis fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie im Meldewesen.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit SAP HCM, PAISY oder einem anderen Abrechnungsprogramm und besitzt Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- Du betrachtest dich als serviceorientiert und hast eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungs-mentalität.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
