Dabei etablieren wir uns gerade als eine der größten Social Powerhouses im DACH Raum. Wir sind mittlerweile über 210 Social 1st Mitarbeiter:innen, haben 2 Inhouse Studios, eine eigene Produktionsfirma, eine eigene Social Technologie und eigene Mediakanäle mit über 1 Mio. Mit Standorten in Berlin, Hamburg und Köln arbeiten wir in der Kreation, im Projektmanagement, in der Beratung, im Social Media und im Performance Marketing sowie in der (Post-)Production.WAS DU MACHST:
  • Du verantwortest die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung deines Projektmanagement Teams im Bereich Influencer- und Social-Media-Marketing sowie die Betreuung von Hero Kund:innen (Projekt- und Kapazitätenplanung, Controlling, Tracking, Zieldefinition, Kennzahlenauswertung, Quality Assurance).
  • Für dein Team bist du Hauptansprechpartner:in zu den Themen Onboarding, Teamzufriedenheit sowie für die Weiterentwicklung einzelner Teammitglieder.
  • Darüber hinaus entwickelst und optimierst du kundenspezifische Prozesse und baust kontinuierlich die Beziehung und Zufriedenheit deiner Kund:innen aus.
  • Du bist im engen Austausch und Sparring zu den Client Service Lead Kolleg:innen und berichtest regelmäßig an deine:n dir zugeteilte:n Direktor:in.
StellenanforderungenWAS DU BRAUCHST:
  • Du bringst mind. 1 Jahr einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung als Teamlead im Agenturumfeld für große Budgets und Kund:innen mit.
  • Du denkst und arbeitest analytisch, bringst eine Zahlenaffinität mit und bist in der Lage, Zahlen und Daten akkurat aufzubereiten und daraus für Entscheider:innen und das Management unserer Kund:innen Ableitungen zu treffen.
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Social Media- und Influencer Marketing sowie die Bereich Production und Paid Social und bist dadurch in der Lage, alle Disziplinen auf strategischer und operativer Ebene zu verknüpfen.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch starkes Ownership, Pragmatismus, Resilienz und strategisches Denken aus.
