Job Summary:

The Director of Sales Operations will lead sales strategy development and process improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization. This role includes executing go-to-market strategies, particularly for US Public Sector's Federal Government customers, and managing multiple projects with a hands-on approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyzing data sets for insights and defining performance metrics.
  • Leading cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Overseeing sales operations processes and market optimization.
  • Evaluating and enhancing sales processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Managing relationships, staying informed on industry trends, and coaching team members.
  • Handling quota setting and revenue optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or business analytics.
  • At least 8 years of people management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales Operations and/or Sales Strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and experience in analyzing data sets.
  • Proven ability to scale business operations and drive excellence.
