**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Recruitment Coordinator (gn) arbeitest Du eng mit dem Client Program Manager (gn) und dem Talent Acquition Partner Team zusammen und bist für die administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben in unseren MSP und RPO Programmen zuständig. Dabei bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen dem internen Program Logistics Teams und dem Kundenprogramm.
Im Einzelnen gehören folgende Aufgaben zum Programm Logistics Bereich:

- Im **MSP Umfeld** unterstützen wir die Kundenprogramteams hauptsächlich im Umfeld der Rechnungsstellung und übernehmen dabei:

- Die Kundenanlage in unsere CRM-Systeme unter Berücksichtigung der daran gebundenen Termine
- Das Anstoßen des Abrechnungsprozesses und gegebenenfalls Zusammenarbeit mit dem Reklamationsmanagement und Billing
- Die Lieferantenkommunikation hinsichtlich der Rechnungsstellung
- Im **RPO Umfeld** sind wir Teil des Talent Acquisition Prozesses und übernehmen die:

- Schaltung von Stellen in den unterschiedlichen Portalen sowie des Gestallten des Anzeigenmanagements
- Gewährleistung der hohen Qualität von Daten im Bewerbermanagement System
- Unterstützung des Managements durch die Bereitstellung von Reports
- Planung und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding Aufgaben wie Social Media Kampagnen
- Mitarbeit in Unternehmensweiten Projekten zur Realisierung unseres Innovationsansatzes

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in administrative Aufgaben, idealerweise im Umfeld der Personalgewinnung
- Du bist an Themen rund um die Talent Acquisition interessiert und daran, eine gute Kunden
- und Kandidatenerfahrung im Prozess mitzugestalten
- Sichere Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst bei einer Vielzahl von Projekten den Überblick
