What can you expect?
  • You proactively drive sales activities, together with Regional Sales Units, to deliver the order intake target
  • You design and implement strategic sales plans for our key markets and target accounts
  • You capture and close deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support by bid managers, Product Manager and engineering
  • You understand customers’ commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities with support from our Solutions Consultant
  • You build and maintain a network of relationships with customers, local partners and other key stakeholders in the aviation community
  • You maintain an up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and report to relevant internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company processes and policies
  • You are willing to travel worldwide (30%)
What should you bring along?
  • You have a degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Management or Marketing & Sales
  • You have 3 years of experience of complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense or public infrastructure
  • You possess outstanding customer relationship skills
  • You have a demonstrated track record as negotiator and deal closer
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
  • You have the ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations, along with profound knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market
