Apply now  Learn more: jti.com  Job Title: S&OP Program Manager (m/f/d) Please, apply till 19.11.2025 To strengthen our global S&OP team, we are looking for an S&OP Program Manager based in our Trier plant (m/f/d) in 24-month fixed-term employment. Your job mission:   JTI Global Supply Chain Organization has launched end-to-end Supply Chain Integration Program to improve its Supply Chain Capabilities. The Program aims at building powerful strategy to improve Sales and Operational Planning (later S&OP) and make it the core decision-making and communication process for aligning our rolling operational plans with the financial plan. The S&OP Program Project Manager will be instrumental in managing co-creation and design of the new S&OP as well as introducing it across the company following a phased approach according to the roll out plan. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure milestones are met. Monitor business performance and adapt strategies based on evolving needs and feedback.S&OP Cycle Execution: Drive successful execution of the S&OP cycle across functions, promoting an end-to-end supply chain mindset. Act as liaison between stakeholders to align supply-demand decisions with business strategy and financial targets. Engage with Market leaders, Regional teams, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and others.Consultant Collaboration: Partner with external consultants to implement and adapt the S&OP framework. Integrate best practices into company processes.Change Management: Support transition to the new S&OP process, address stakeholder concerns, and drive continuous improvement.Center of Excellence Contribution: Help establish and develop the S&OP CoE. Build internal capabilities and share insights, best practices, and lessons learned to strengthen CoE influence.   Your profile: Relevant educational background: University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in commercial planning, business strategy, or related areas are a plusPractical experience: 5+ years of experience in Commercial Planning roles, with a strong emphasis on Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand forecasting, and market analysis; Previous experience in S&OP implementations or project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex process implementations and cross-functional collaboration. Strong track record of aligning commercial strategies with business objectives to optimize performance and achieve targetsValuable knowledge: proven expertise in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability; In-depth Understanding of Planning Processes: Expertise in demand forecasting, market analysis, product portfolio management, and S&OP processes.Special strengths: Proficiency in MS Office and SAPLanguage proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages are a plus   Suitable personality: Analytical & Presentation Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in building and presenting compelling stories and strategies.
