Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead our dynamic sales efforts through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, direct sales, good expertise on Outbound sales process, Lead Handling & Conversion. You'll be responsible for orchestrating on-site client meetings, showcasing exceptional communication and convincing marketing skills. As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end strategy building, identifying target markets, and employing strong negotiation skills to secure successful deals.
Skills/Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in sales management, demonstrating achievements and contributions to business growth.
Should have good knowledge of IT services and technologies such as Web & Mobile Apps (Blockchain Based Projects).
Sound knowledge of Web & Mobile apps (Native & Hybrid), Development.
Sales & Marketing Intelligent Tools exposure such as Hubspot, CRM, Microsoft Teams, ZoomInfo, Marketing Cloud, All Freelancing Bidding portal.
Possess expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms for effective lead conversion and client acquisition.
Enterprise level domain exposure & others such as Healthcare, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Fintech, EduTech, Real Estate, Fashion etc.
Good Communication Skills.
Lead direct sales efforts, including handling inbound/outbound and inquiries.
80 PERCENT lead handling & conversion role.
Implement strategies to convert leads into successful deals.
Identify and analyze target markets, ensuring a focused and effective approach.
Closing qualified leads and opportunities through in-person presentations, demos, and negotiations and achieving assigned targets.
Managing existing clients for further upsell opportunities and reduce subscription churn.
Ensure seamless post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Demonstrate the capability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Previous experience in leading successful sales teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving collective targets.
Familiarity with the IT industry and the ability to adapt to market trends, ensuring a focused and effective sales approach.
