As our Total Rewards Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind our total rewards program. Get ready to collaborate with benefits vendors, negotiate like a pro, and make sure our offerings are as cost-effective as they are awesome.

Celebrating Excellence:

You will be well-equipped for the role if you bring following toolkit
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits or total rewards management.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee engagement strategies, and a knack for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful total rewards programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
