locationsOberkochenJenaBerlinMünchenFull timeposted onPosted 5 Days Agojob requisition idJR_1032883Your roleIndependently develop concepts, frameworks and guidelines for Organizational Development with a focus on Change & Transformation Management for the ZEISS GroupDefine and implement organizational development interventions designed to achieve the ZEISS strategy and support ZEISS’ transformation ambitionsDrive a standardized and integrated approach to building ZEISS critical organizational capabilities by providing aligned methodologies and tools and advising on their applicationIndependently design, and execute Change Management strategies that support the successful implementation of specific, larger transformation initiativesConduct stakeholder and change impact assessments and derive specific actions plans, drive implementation of defined measuresAct as advisor and ensure engagement of relevant stakeholders on different hierarchical levels by targeted interventionsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures, adjust Change Management strategy as neededEnsure alignment of specific transformation initiatives with overall strategic direction of Transformation@ZEISSContribute to the growth of a newly created function by building an integrated Organizational Development portfolio for ZEISS as well as an internal and external ecosystemCoach and mentor team members in the delivery of Change Management supportPromote a Community of Practice including enabling the use of tools and methodologies and coaching colleagues involved in transformation initiatives across ZEISS, ensure that best practices are identified and implementedYour roleMaster's degree and relevant professional At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on Change Management, ideally with international experienceCertification in Change Management and/or Systemic Organizational Development is preferredConsulting background preferredStrong conceptual skills and the ability to quickly develop a profound business understanding, strong business acumenProven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change and transformation initiativesStrong Project Management skills and the ability to manage projects simultaneouslyTeam-orientation and the ability to work in a highly dynamic environmentProfessional stakeholder management and keen to build strong partnerships for enhancing our Organizational Development capabilitiesExcellent analytical and communication skills combined with ‘can-do’ - mentality.
