About the Position:

Serves as a Tier 2 Customer Support technician for the Seventh Army Training Command Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and Joint Multinational Exercise (JMEX) Network. Answers trouble tickets, phone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries for technical support from customers.



Duties
  • Serves as Tier 2 Customer Support technician for the Seventh Army Training Command Mission Partner Environment (MPE).
  • Assists users with problems related to computer and communications services.
  • Trains users in the common use and safeguarding of their computers.
  • Serves as focal point for installation and upgrade of computers used throughout the Force Mission Partner Environment and Joint Multinational Exercise Network.
