About the Position:

Serves as Information Management Officer (IMO), Systems/LAN Administrator, Database Administrator, Knowledge Management Officer, Webmaster, and Information Assurance Security Officer for the 7th Army Knowledge Management Officer, Webmaster, and Information Assurance Security Officer for the 7th Army Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) and technical advisor for the NCOA Commandant.



Duties
  • Performs hardware and software troubleshooting; ensures electronic mail connectivity; ensures connectivity to Homepage and SharePoint sites.
  • Develops and maintains the NCOA unique systems software and interfaces to provide those applications to end users of the NCOA staff and students.
  • Provides guidance and recommendations to and works with professional and administrative organization elements to obtain and gather relevant data, to analyze same and determine information requirements.
  • Ensures users are trained to use the applications and documents the entire software development and user processes.
