Ihre Rolle

  • Mitarbeit am Aufbau des Gesamtsystems, hierbei jedoch verantwortlich für den Aufbau von Module und Applikationen innerhalb des Gesamtsystems
  • Umsetzung der mit den Bedarfsträgern vereinbarten technischen Lösung/Änderung u. a. unter Anwendung von neuen Lösung und unter Berücksichtigung verbundener Systeme, Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten innerhalb des Systems oder zu anderen Systemen und Aufrechterhaltung der Funktionalität der Gesamtarchitektur
  • Sicherstellung der Konzepterstellung und Durchführung von Entwicklertests sowie Integrationstests im Rahmen der Umsetung von Lösungen/Änderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Übergabe der Entwickelten Lösungen an nachgelagerte Stellen (Testing/Training, Anforderer)
  • Durchführung und ggf. Steuerung des Supports (incl. Hypercare) nach Produktivsetzung
  • Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen Dokumentation und der Systemdokumentation
  • Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Einzelprojekten innerhalb der IT Service Management Tools
  • Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Teilprojekten in Projekten die IT Service Management Tools betreffen
  • Sicherstellung des vertrags- und anforderungskonformen Betriebs der betreuten Anwendungen
  • Sicherstellen von störungsfreien Anpassungen (Release-Upgrade) oder Änderungen an den produktiven Lösungen
  • Sicherstellen der Systemfunktionalität (incl. Schnittstellen) in der Qualitätsumgebung für Non-Regression Tests
  • Analysieren von komplexen Fehlern/Störungen inkl. Debugging und Behebung von Fehlern sowie Beratung von Application Specialist bei der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Analyse & Lösung von Störungen im 2ndL A und B Support (Bei Bedarf Steuerung externer Support Analysten
  • Durchführen von (Release) Upgrades oder Änderungen an der produktiven Lösung

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in relevantem Umfeld (Fullstack Entwicklung) > 3 Jahre
  • In der Regel abgeschlossenes Studium Informatik Fachhochschule
  • ITIL Foundation Level Zertifizierung
  • Fundierte technische/funktionale Fachkenntnisse der betreuten Systeme/Applikationen (ServiceNow)
  • Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse (Java Script) im Speziellen Objektorientierung
  • Kenntnisse in Software Architekturen
  • Lösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denken
